• Based on the data collected any WWACG member can contact you to provide / request information related to schedule data at one of the airports for which the coordinator / schedule facilitator is responsible.
• Should you wish to obtain a copy of the personal data that we hold on you, please send an e-mail to the following address -  administrator@euaca.org. We will send to you, at the e-mail that we hold for you in our database, within 40 days a copy of all data we hold concerning you.
• Upon your request sent to the same e-mail address, we will modify or delete your contact information from our database as soon as reasonably possible in accordance with our deactivation policy and applicable law.
